Health resources and info
I will be adding links to websites that either sell or have good information that pertains to natural Health, Hygiene, Food, and Medicine. For now I am just going to put up links, and as I get time, I will organize, annotize, and generally try to make sense of it all.
Everything on this page is JUST MY OPINION, and IS WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ME, but may or may not be useful for your situation.
SO please consult someone more professional than I, if you are looking for SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN or RESEARCHED methods of health care or medicine, because all I can offer you is anecdotal evidence of what I believe to be true.

SOAPS
Bar Soap
Liquid Soap
ALL pure soap will be made of three basic ingredients: 1. Sodium Hydroxide(Lye) or Potassium Hydroxide which are both potash products, Wood Ash also works but not as refined.
2. Vegetable or Animal oils or fats.

10 years ago we used to make our own soap out of beef tallow(lard), and Red Devil Lye.
3. Water
Now we are learning to use vegetable oils, and the same Red Devil lye. Red Devil is sold as drain cleaner still in some stores, and is 100% Sodium Hydroxide.
Sodium Hydroxide can be purchased in bulk quantities as well at chemical supply warehouses, as well as Potassium Hydroxide.
It can also be purchased in lesser quantities on the internet at higher prices.

The common vegetable oils used for quality handmade pure soap are:
1. Olive Oil
2. Coconut Oil
3. Palm kernel Oil or Palm Oil
4. Jojoba Oil
There are others for specific kinds of soaps also.

Pure vegetable based soap will be made from either Sodium Hydroxide which will make a hard soap, or Potassium Hydroxide which will make a liquid soap, and one or more vegetable oils, THAT'S ALL!

Colorants and Fragrances can be added, but may not be healthy, depending on the colorant or fragrance.

Here are some links to some soaps that seem to be ok, although we have not tried them and cannot vouch for them in any way.

Kathy Miller has lots of neat soaps, but be careful of the extra ingredients

SHAMPOOS
Bar Shampoos
Liquid Shampoos
Shampoos are the same as regular soaps except they usually will contain either Jojoba Oil, or Castor Oil in order to give a more rich lather.
We use the organic liquid castille soap for shampoo
This seems to be fairly much the same product as above
There is Hard Bar shampoo also made from the same oils

DEODORANTS
Alum Deodorant Stones and Crystals
we have tried these, they are good

VIRUS STOPPERS
Between proper use and timing of use between these two products, LDM-100, and L-lysine, you may never ever get another viral infection, whether it be a cold or flu, Herpes, or whatever. L-lysine works in all mammals so it is good for your dogs and cats too. Contact me for details, I will give you more info, better yet listen in, i will talk about it from time to time.
LDM100 Here is one place to get it
L-Lysine - available even in supermarkets 500mg per day for prevention, 1 - 2 grams per day if you have a current viral infection. More on this later.
Echinacea - NOW brand Echinacea Augustifolia liquid suspension only.

CANCER STOPPERS
Black Salve - Cansema brand appears to be good
Essiac Tea - fresh brewed tea is best with fresh herbs
BioZama - This might be good - more later
Other Bloodroot formulas - different ways to use bloodroot other than Black salve
Oxalic acid? - Colonel Joe may be onto something.
